Have you ever wondered what God really wants from you?
Many of us have asked this question at some point. Does God just want us to follow rules? To be a “good person”? To go to church every Sunday? If so, how much is “enough”?
The truth is, God isn’t after a checklist—He’s after a relationship with us. He doesn’t just want our actions; He wants our hearts. Micah 6:8 sums it up beautifully:
“He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.”
So, what does God actually want from you? He wants you to walk with Him—to trust Him, love Him, and live in the freedom that comes from following Jesus.
At Legacy Church, we believe that faith isn’t about having all the answers but about seeking truth together. Join us Sunday, March 30 as we unpack this big question together.

Legacy Marietta worships at 11am each Sunday at 1040 Blackwell Road
You'll find a welcoming mix of young couples, grandparents, singles, and families. Most people are dressed casually, but please dress however you feel most comfortable. Grab a cup of coffee, and stop by the "new here" desk - we have a small gift for you. You'll enjoy a contemporary-style worship lasting about 60-70 minutes, and open communion is offered each week.
If you have kids, please ask a greeter to help direct your family to the check-in desk.
Older kids will sit with their families at the start of worship before being dismissed to their small group time. This allows kids to see their parents worship, to participate in worship themselves, and helps to emphasize the family aspect of Legacy Church.

God, are you even listening?
It’s a question we’ve all asked when prayers seem unanswered and life feels overwhelming. When God seems silent, it’s easy to wonder if He even cares.
But what if God’s silence isn’t a sign of His absence? What if He’s working behind the scenes in ways we can’t see? The Bible is filled with stories of people—like Job, David, and even Jesus on the cross—who experienced moments when God felt distant. Yet, in those moments, God was still at work.
“The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.” (Psalm 34:18)
At Legacy Church, we believe that faith isn’t about having all the answers but about seeking truth together. If you’ve ever struggled with feeling like God is silent, you’re not alone. Join us Sunday, April 6 as we unpack this big question together.

If God is loving, does it really matter which religion you follow?
In a world filled with different beliefs and spiritual paths, it’s a common question: Do all religions lead to God? Many people believe that as long as you’re sincere, any faith is enough. But Jesus made a bold and exclusive claim:
“I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” (John 14:6)
That statement forces us to wrestle with something profound: Is Jesus really who He says He is? And if so, what does that mean for us?
At Legacy Church, we believe that faith isn’t about having all the answers but about seeking truth together. If you’ve ever struggled with feeling like God is silent, you’re not alone. Join us Sunday, April 13 as we unpack this big question together.

What happens after we die?
It’s one of life’s biggest questions—and one that many people wrestle with. Some hope they’ve done enough good to “make it in.” Others aren’t sure if heaven is even real. But the Bible is clear: eternal life isn’t about what we do—it’s about who we know.
“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God.” (Ephesians 2:8)
God doesn’t leave us guessing about eternity. He offers assurance through Jesus.
At Legacy Church, we believe that faith isn’t about having all the answers but about seeking truth together. Join us Sunday, April 20, as we unpack this big question together.

Christians are supposed to be loving… so why do they often seem so judgmental?
Maybe you’ve encountered people who claim to follow Jesus but act more like critics than encouragers. Maybe you’ve felt judged by the church or even walked away because of it. If so, you’re not alone.
The reality is, Jesus never called us to be judges—He called us to be grace-givers. He showed compassion to sinners, called out hypocrisy, and reminded people that only God is the true judge. Yet, sometimes, Christians get it wrong.
“Do not judge, or you too will be judged.” (Matthew 7:1)
So, how do we live out real faith without falling into judgmental attitudes? At Legacy Church, we believe that faith isn’t about having all the answers but about seeking truth together. Join us Sunday, April 27, as we unpack this big question together.
