EVENT AND PROMOTIONS AT LEGACY
  • Churchwide promotions are for events affecting at least 50% of the congregation (with a few exceptions)
  • Word of mouth or passed- flyers (created by the communications team) are acceptable for events targeted to a smaller group
  • ALL promotions are finalized on Wednesdays (for Thursday email, and Sunday slides/announcements)
  • Minimum promotion time is 3 Thursdays prior to the event (for two weeks of promotions)
  • Optimal promotion time is 4 weeks prior to the event + 1 week for graphics/registration forms/etc
                          Example: The event is on March 1 - details should be provided by January 30
