Greetings great volunteers of the Legacy Drive Thru Nativity,
We are only DAYS from our opening night of Drive Thru Nativity 2021- December 10, 2021. The campus has been a buzz with preparations, from chariot restorations, to stable construction, costume preparations and volunteer scheduling! There are sooo many moving parts to such a vibrant and heartfelt ministry, and YOU are a big part of those parts. Without you, there is NO drive thru nativity. So, we want you to know that each of you have been prayed for by name and we will continue to do so.
IMPORTANT dates to consider:
-Costume fittings are a time to check your size against the costume we have pulled for you.
There are two “open house” slots for you to choose from, you only need to attend one.
THIS Sunday, Dec. 5, 2021 12 noon- 2 pm OR 4pm- 6pm.
Please come to Modular 400.
-Dress Rehearsal
This is a time to get into your costume and then into your scene outside. Costume Fitters will be here to help you get dressed.
Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2021 6-8 pm
-LIVE shows
6:30-8:30 pm on three nights (we have scheduled according to which nights you said you can serve)

Dinner will be served for actors and costume fitters EVERY night. The menus are: Italian, Tacos and Pizza.
Actors should plan to arrive at remote parking lot around 5pm and will be shuttled to church. (see map below)

Shuttle service will run all night back and forth.
ACTORS & COSTUME FITTERS
Please remember the following:

- Arrive at 5 pm, park at 905 Blackwell Rd, Marietta, GA 30066. (see map above) The shuttle will transport you to the church property.
- A free dinner will be available for all actors and costume fitters.
- ACTORS wear black under your costume. Layer up, it will be cold outside.
- Bring a water bottle to keep outside at your scene, snacks will be provided as well.
