Calling All Movers, Lifters, and Encouragers to Help Prep for Fresh New Floors!
Over the next few weeks, we’re getting deep-cleaned carpet in the kids' wing and updating the carpet in the auditorium.
Yes, this is super exciting... but it's also a lot of work! To save on costs, we’re doing most of the work ourselves, so we’ll need help clearing rooms, moving furniture, and putting things back in place once the work has finished.
Below is a tentative schedule of when help is needed. Even just an hour or two of your time makes a big difference!

Wednesday 5/21 (10a-4p) - packing up spaces where possible**
Wednesday 5/21 (after 4) - DONE! ahead of schedule
Thursday 5/22 (9-9:30) - meeting about kid's spaces
Thursday 5/22, morning - first half of the kids' wing carpet's cleaned
Thursday 5/22 (after 4) - resetting half of the kids' wing, and moving the other half
Friday 5/23 (tbd) - contact Jeff if you are available**
Friday 5/23, morning - second half of kid's wing carpet cleaned
Saturday 5/24 (10am) - resetting kids' wing for Sunday - contact Kiara if you are available
Monday 5/26 (morning) - clearing the stage - please email Shannon or Chuck if you can help move equipment back.
