Awana reaches kids where they’re at and walks alongside them in their faith journey.
  1. Puggles teaches nursery to age 2 the basic truths about God and equips parents to practically reinforce these truths throughout the week. Using creative activities and cohesive lessons to lead toddlers to respect God and be aware of Him as they interact with the world around them. Puggles is an at home program that Legacy will walk alongside you with.
  2. Cubbies ages 3 to 5 learn about the greatness of God's character, they are constantly asking questions! The curriculum, features a unified storyline with engaging characters, age based scripture memory, and built in parent engagement activities to make sure preschoolers know the love of their Savior and trust in His Word.
  3. Sparks ignites the curiosity of kids to learn about the people and events of the Bible, building a foundation of wisdom for knowing Christ. Kids Kindergarten to 2nd grade, will cultivate a lifelong hunger for God's Word and is the perfect catalyst for discipleship and parent engagement.
  4. T&T, Truth & Training ushers 3rd to 5th graders on a journey to know God and His Word, love and need their Savior, and live out their faith in the ever-changing world around them. The curriculum equips your kids to understand, retain, and apply His Truth!

Tips and Tools to help with Bible Memorization

Search for this app in the app store on your tablet or smart-phone for this super helpful Bible Memory App. It does cost $2.99 but it's worth every penny.
  • Read it! Read the context around the verse to see what the verse is really teaching and how it’s relevant to you. 
  • Write it! Write down the verse on an index card. Include the Bible reference at the beginning and the end. Tape this card near your sink, read it aloud when you wash up.
  • Hear it! Record, video and/or listen to your verse. Make up motions for your verse.
  • Divide it! Divide the verse into sections. Start with the first phrase and learn it. Then memorize the second phrase. Now see if you can say the first two phrases without looking. When you can, memorize the third phrase. Continue until you’ve memorized the entire verse.
  • Move it! Write the verse down. Begin to cut it apart into sections, then smaller pieces, mix the pieces up and race a partner to see who can build it first in the correct order.
  • Design it! Write out the Scripture in an artistic way. Paint it, chalk it, trace it, color it. Get creative with your verse, turn it into a work of art.
